Who We Are
Education for Youth Empowerment (EYE) is a locally led organization born from the struggles of displacement and built on the power of education, compassion, and youth leadership.
Since 2017, we’ve been transforming lives through education, protection, livelihoods, and peacebuilding in refugee-hosting and rural districts of West Nile, Uganda.

We are a community-rooted organization restoring education, hope, and opportunity for children, youth, and families in Uganda’s refugee and rural communities.
Education
We believe education is the foundation of resilience. EYE provides access to formal and non-formal education for children and youth, supports learning materials, trains teachers, and runs digital learning hubs to bridge educational gaps in refugee and rural communities.
Child Protection
Every child deserves safety and love. EYE promotes child rights, strengthens community-based protection systems, and supports psychosocial wellbeing through counseling, awareness campaigns, and capacity building
Livelihood & Empowerment
We equip youth and women with market-relevant vocational skills, entrepreneurship training, and start-up kits to build self-reliance and reduce dependency on aid.
